How do you tailor your approach to our industry?
We developed our unique SLG3 evaluation software using our experience working with over 500 organisations in five countries, including private, NFP, and education sectors.
What will our involvement look like during a project?
There are three phases of work: the initial evaluation process, which we conduct. Phase two involves us meeting those involved in developing the strategy, leading the organisation, and observing governance in action.
Do you offer fixed-fee or retainer options?
We are happy to have an initial discussion regarding our fee structure. Our primary objective is to provide you with everything you need to effect improvements without our ongoing support. However, we have that capacity if required.
